We are recruiting for a number of established Northampton-based organisation is seeking experienced Sales Administrator to support its commercial sales function.
This position would suit someone from a commercial finance insurance lending or corporate finance support background who is comfortable managing financial documentation liaising with lenders and supporting sales activity in a structured fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Providing administrative support to the sales team across live deals
- Preparing and managing financial proposals and supporting documentation
- Liaising with lenders and internal stakeholders to progress transactions
- Processing pay-outs producing reports and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Supporting client communication where required
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the sales process
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales administration within finance insurance or lending
- Strong numerical ability and financial awareness
- Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Clear and professional communication style
- Must be a car driver due to office location
