Job Description

The Account Relationship Manager will lead and grow the Independent Sales Organization (ISO) partner channel across designated regions. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence in ISO lifecycle managementfrom onboarding to performance optimization.

Accountabilities for your role - what are you expected to do

As an ambitious and results-driven ISO Partner Relationship Manager the candidate will be joining a very successful SMB this role the candidate will be instrumental in driving our growth within the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities based on knowledge of clients market products and services. Manage own sales pipeline in line with sales targets. Comprehensively understand the payments landscape and competitive environment. Working with the Go To Market team to establish goals and sales strategies in line with product development Building a strong value proposition Manage external and internal relationships with multiple stakeholders. Make sales presentations to prospective partners. Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales. Establish and maintain internal relationships. Establish and maintain good public relationships with the community to enhance the organizations image and develop new business. Collaborate effectively with teammates in a small team environment. Ability to travel - Essential

Technical Competencies for your role what are you expected to know

  • Experience and knowledge of market/payments industry
  • Knowledge of product marketing and organizational operations - Advantageous
  • Marketing and business development/sales skills - Essential
  • Knowledge of technology and payment gateway providers - Advantageous
  • Well-developed understanding of sales methodologies Training will be provided
  • Knowledge of CRM/IT systems e.g. Salesforce MS 365 Seismic Co-Pilot Advantageous
  • Good communication skills across a variety of mediums such as telephone Teams in person meetings - Essential
  • Microsoft Office 365

Qualifications Required to perform your Role

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in merchant acquiring or similar.
  • English and one of German or BeNeLux languages knowledge in level allowing to handle business conversations
  • Growth Mindset essential!

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
