Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of core SuccessFactors modules excellent client-facing skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective HR technology solutions. This role involves working on full lifecycle implementations system enhancements and providing ongoing application support for global clients.

Implementation & Configuration (40%)
Core Activities:

. Lead configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC) Performance & Goals Succession Planning Recruiting Onboarding Learning and/or Compensation
. Conduct fit-gap analysis sessions with clients to understand business requirements
. Design and configure SuccessFactors modules based on client business processes and requirements
. Configure business rules workflow rules MDF objects and generic objects
. Set up position management organizational management and role-based permissions (RBP)
. Configure employee data models picklists and foundation objects
. Design and implement integration scenarios between SuccessFactors modules
. Conduct system configuration unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
. Support data migration activities including data mapping validation and cleansing
. Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation

Deliverables:

. Configuration workbooks and design documents
. Business process flows and system workflows
. Data migration templates and mapping documents
. Test scripts and UAT results
. Go-live cutover plans and checklists


2. Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering (25%)
Core Activities:

. Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders
. Present solution designs and demonstrations to client teams
. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SuccessFactors best practices
. Translate business requirements into functional specifications
. Provide recommendations on process optimization and system utilization
. Manage client expectations and communicate project status effectively
. Facilitate change management and user adoption activities
. Prepare presentations status reports and steering committee updates
. Build strong relationships with client HR and IT teams

Deliverables:

. Requirements documentation (BRD/FSD)
. Workshop presentations and meeting minutes
. Solution design documents
. Client communication reports
. Change management plans


3. Application Support & Enhancement (20%)
Core Activities:

. Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SuccessFactors applications
. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues
. Analyze system errors and work with SAP support when needed
. Support quarterly SuccessFactors release updates and feature adoption
. Conduct impact analysis for new releases and system changes
. Configure system enhancements and implement new features
. Support annual processes like performance reviews compensation planning and succession planning
. Create and maintain system documentation and user guides
. Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
. Support integration troubleshooting between SuccessFactors and other systems (SAP ERP third-party payroll etc.)

. Release impact analysis documents
. Enhancement specifications
. User guides and training materials
. System health check reports


4. Testing & Quality Assurance (10%)
Core Activities:

. Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test scripts
. Execute unit testing integration testing and regression testing
. Support UAT coordination and issue resolution
. Validate configuration changes and system behavior
. Document test results and defect tracking
. Ensure quality standards are met before go-live
. Perform data validation and reconciliation activities

Deliverables:

. Test plans and test cases
. UAT scripts and testing schedules
. Defect logs and resolution tracking
. Testing summary reports
. Sign-off documentation
