Job Summary
We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants with domain expertise in Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) to work on enterprise SAP initiatives for leading financial institutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP implementation rollout upgrade or support projects and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with financial industry processes and regulatory requirements.
Professionals with experience in functional techno-functional or technical SAP roles are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP functional or technical solutions
Configure customize and support SAP modules based on project requirements
Work closely with business users stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Participate in SAP implementations upgrades and system enhancements
Support integration between SAP and other enterprise systems
Conduct testing activities including unit testing integration testing and UAT
Provide production support and issue resolution
Prepare functional specifications technical documentation and training materials
Ensure compliance with industry standards and BFSI regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Finance or related field
5 years of SAP consulting experience
Experience working on SAP projects within BFSI organizations
Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module
Experience in implementation rollout or transformation programs
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
Knowledge of banking operations financial products or insurance processes
Understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector
SAP Certification is an advantage
