Product Owner Customer Journey Expert – OneApp Foundation

The OneApp Foundation squad plays a crucial role in shaping the future of OneApp: the Mobile Banking platform that powers digital experiences across multiple ING countries.

Context
The OneApp Foundation squad is part of the Channel Frontend product which is at the heart of INGs global Mobile Banking app Web channel and Assisted Channels. It supports multiple ING retail markets such as the Netherlands Belgium Italy Romania Australia Germany etc. Other product teams within our tribe and across ING build their features on top of these shared platforms.

As PO/CJE in the OneApp Foundation squad youre responsible for the front-end foundation of OneApp platform both iOS and Android across our markets. The squad consists of 2 CJEs and 7 mobile engineers (iOS & Android) working from Amsterdam. The team is responsible for topics that are technical in nature (e.g. app framework architecture pipeline improvements build distribution etc.) as well as coordinating migrations and other app-wide initiatives (e.g. new OS versions LCM improvements global release process etc.).

What youll do

• Drive continuous improvement of the OneApp platform aligned with evolving business needs
• Act as the bridge between business IT and product teams to deliver a solid OneApp foundation
• Coordinate changes and upgrades by collaborating closely with other CJEs engineers and architects (in and outside our tribe)
• Manage complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple countries and domains
• Contribute to the strategic direction of OneApp by identifying and acting upon opportunities for the OneApp foundation
• Manage and prioritize the backlog safeguarding the roadmap and delivery progress and timelines

What youll bring

• Proven background in digital product delivery (customer journey design and/or business analysis) and project management
• Tech-savvy mindsetcomfortable working closely with mobile engineers understanding technical concepts and able to explain them in your own words
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum or PACE methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management skillsable to align diverse interests and drive decisions
• You work and communicate in a structured way (written and verbal) and are fluent in English
