As a Divisional ProcessOwnerMaster Data you will play a key role in driving Master Data quality governance and process improvements across our entities globally.

Your mission

• Drive the implementationofMaster Datainitiativesacrossthe division. Rollthemoutacrosstheorganizationand monitortheircomplianceon anongoingbasis.

• Performdataqualitychecks andauditstoidentifyandresolvedatainconsistenciesorerrors.

• Ensureandimprovedataintegrityandconsistencyacrossall systems inalignmentwithourBusiness Area Master Dataprinciples.

• Communicatewiththevariousstakeholdersgloballyon theprinciplesofMaster Data anditsGovernance.Coordinatewiththe regional teams toensurealignmentwithglobalprinciplesand standards.

• Be theoperationalvoiceofthe divisionwithinthe global process team toimplementdatamanagement bestpracticesandtools.Withinthatteamdevelopandimplementsharedcommon anddistinctstandards andprocessesfor Master Data management.

• Supportdata integrationand systemmigrationprojectsrelatedto Master Data.

• Generatereportsandprovideinsightson dataquality trends andimprovementopportunitiesto management.

• Auniversitydegreein BusinessFinanceEngineering IT orrelatedfield.

• Provenexperienceinrollingoutprocessesandprocedureseffectivelyaswellasworkingin internationalenvironments.

• Profoundabilityto translate businessneedsintosystem anddatarequirements.

• Strongunderstandingofdatagovernanceprinciplesand businessanalytics.

• Structuredmind-setwiththeabilitytoanalysedataidentifytrends anddevelopactionableinsightsto drivetransparency.

• Stronganalyticalandcriticalthinking attention todetail.

• Excellentcollaborationandcommunicationskillsacrosscross-functionalteams.

• Abilitytoinfluencestakeholdersat alllevelsand toexplaincomplexscenarios in aneasyway.

• ITaffinityandexperiencewithSAP MDG and/or Navision Business Central isbeneficial.

• Willingnesstolearnnew systems.

• Priorexperiencewithdataanalysistoolsanddatabasemanagement systems.KnowledgeofPowerBIandPowerAppsis a plus.
