Job Summary
Senior Talent Search Recruiter - Based in Poland or Slovakia

Were looking for a Senior Talent Search Recruiter to help shape how we identify and engage top talent across the business.
What youll do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers as a strategic search expert
- Lead intake discussions and design effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn job boards and other sourcing tools
- Screen and assess candidates providing market insight and recommendations
- Track and report on sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve results
- Champion diversity compliance and a highquality candidate experience
- Mentor junior Talent Search colleagues and support team capability
What you bring
- Strong experience in Talent Search or Recruitment with experience working in clinical research or life science industry preferred
- Proven stakeholder management and consultative skills
- Advanced sourcing expertise including Boolean search
- A datadriven detailfocused approach
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fastpaced environment

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is zł74600.00 - zł184500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
