The Role
Our Sustainability and Climate Resilience Team is growing with a wide range of interesting projects and sustainable design. We are a large multidisciplinary company with iconic projects across renewables environmental studies dam & hydropower solar power projects energy transition and in-land rail.
This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Scientist/Engineer - Sustainability and Climate Resilience to be mentored by industry experts whilst working on diverse and interesting projects.
Supported by Senior Scientists you will contribute to;
- Facilitating with the Infrastructure Sustainability Rating Scheme from concept design to operations
- Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation including proposals and reports
- Facilitating the implementation of sustainability and climate change into project and asset management systems to achieve positive outcomes across governance environmental social and economic sustainability aspects
- Assisting with the development of new and innovative approaches to better manage and mitigate climate impacts on projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental and Climate Science Engineering or related
- An interest in developing a long-term career in sustainability and climate resilience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment with well-developed interpersonal skills
Graduate Development Program
- Contribute to major projects and community initiatives
- Gain hands-on experience in proposals reports and technical documentation

- Participate in tailored workshops and training
You will be given the opportunity for both in-person and online training on everything from consulting with clients to managing your time effectively through our graduate development workshops.
