Job Summary
We are HIRING! Join our team - A manufacturing facility located in Kilgore TX is in need of a CNC Machinist and Programmers!

Pay - Machinist:$20/HR- $24/HR
Pay - Programmer: $29/HR - $32/HR

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM
- 2-3 Saturdays per month (Sundays ALWAYS off)
- Overtime: Some required and some optional
- Operating CNC machines (lathes and milling machines) to fabricate parts from raw materials.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to meet machining specifications.
- Using precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers bore gauges) to ensure product accuracy
- Proficiency in FANUC CNC systems with some experience in HAAS machinery
- Setting up and running multiple machines efficiently
- Performing daily and routine maintenance on CNC equipment to optimize performance
- Collaborating with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Maintaining a clean safe and organized work environment
- Must thrive in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (email phone and in-person)
- CNC/Lathe experience is REQUIRED
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background and a drug screening test
