Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

Operate and program 5-Axis CNC HBM equipped with Heidenhain Control System

e.g. Brand: Varnsdorf Model: WHQ15CNC;

Operate and program 4-Axis CNC HBM equipped with Fanuc Control System e.g.

Brand: Giddings & Lewis;

Operate and program CNC VTL equipped with Fanuc Control System e.g. Brand: OM

Ltd Model: Neo-20EX;

Interpret technical blueprints and designs to understand the specifications and

requirements of parts;

Measure completed parts to verify conformance to specifications using measurement

tools including ball gauges calipers micrometers thread gauges etc.;

Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines ensuring they

operate smoothly and efficiently

Follow and carry out company operating procedures and safety rules;

Maintain the safety and cleanliness of work area;

Any additional duties as assigned.
