A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LEAD TELLER/CSR

As a Lead Teller/CSR you arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for our customers you cheerfully greet each individual and take the time to really listen to their needs. You enjoy nurturing relationships as you get to know them by name.

Thriving in our fast-paced financial environment you accurately and efficiently process routine banking transactions such as deposits withdrawals checks and loan payments as well as serve as lead and supervise the teller staff within the addition to processing transactions you assist with opening a variety of new accounts for the customer. You prioritize tasks effectively and stay on top of all the latest regulations and policies. And most of all you take pride in making a positive impression on each and every customer that you serve!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD TELLER/CSR

• High school diploma or GED
• Two to three years teller or customer service experience and/or supervisory experience
• High degree of tact diplomacy and discretion

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a Saturday morning rotation. Hours of work may fluctuate from week to week to meet the customer needs. You will have your late evenings and Sundays free!
