We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented HPLC Associate Team Lead to support and guide our analytical this role you will perform advanced chromatographic analyses to characterize earlystage biotherapeuticsincluding proteins antibodies peptides and conjugateswhile providing daytoday leadership within the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
Chromatography & Analytical Testing
- Perform routine and advanced HPLC analyses including:
- Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC)
- Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC)
- ReversedPhase HPLC (RPHPLC)
- IonExchange Chromatography (IEX)
- Support the characterization of a wide range of biologics and complex molecules.
- Maintain accurate detailed documentation in Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNs).
- Review data for accuracy completeness and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with scientists and project teams to ensure timely highquality results.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Serve as a daytoday team lead supporting and monitoring the performance of laboratory staff.
- Assist in interviewing and evaluating potential new team members as needed.
- Support onboarding training and skill development of new employees.
- Communicate administrative and operational updates across the team.
- Promote the companys vision culture and commitment to quality.
- Ensure laboratory activities meet the highest standards of safety efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate workload distribution shift coverage and daily task assignments.
- Contribute to performance discussions development plans and moralebuilding efforts.
- Balance handson technical responsibilities with leadership expectations.
Qualifications :
Basic Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (BS) in Biochemistry Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- 2 years of handson laboratory experience in an industry setting utilizing chromatography (SEC HIC RPHPLC IEX etc.) and/or capillary electrophoresis techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and highquality documentation.
- Excellent teamwork communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous organized proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a laboratory supervisor or team lead role.

The position is full-time first shift Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Cambridge MA are encouraged to apply.
