Job Summary

System Engineer (Factory Integration / MES Support) 12 Month Contract

Location: Thailand (Onsite / Hybrid depending on client)

Contract: 12-Month Contract

Overview

We are looking for a System Engineer to support and enhance mission-critical Factory Integration / MES application systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on 3rd level support application rollout system stability and continuous improvement across multiple sites and global projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 3rd level support to ensure incidents and requests are resolved within SLA
Perform testing user training and deployment of factory integration applications
Contribute to problem management and system improvements with application/system owners
Monitor system health and conduct preventive maintenance to support reliable 24x7 operations
Gather and translate business needs through user requirements engineering
Support and contribute to global FI projects across multiple sites
Participate in governance activities including service reviews and knowledge documentation updates
Join 24x7 on-call duty support (rotational)

Requirements / Qualifications

23 years experience in System Engineering / Application Support
Experience in manufacturing/semiconductor / electronics environments is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams
Good command of English (German is a plus)

Technical Skills (Preferred)

Databases / SQL: Oracle PL/SQL SQL scripting MS SQL
MES experience: Camstar preferred
Windows development exposure: .NET / C#
Middleware understanding: TibcoRV MQ Series
OS knowledge: Windows & UNIX
