Enterprise Architect (Banking Sector)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect / Chief Architect to lead the architecture and technology strategy within the banking domain. The role requires a deep understanding of banking systems enterprise solutions and digital transformation initiatives with the ability to align technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise architecture frameworks standards and roadmaps for core banking and digital platforms
Lead architecture design for large-scale banking transformations (core banking payments lending digital channels)
Partner with senior stakeholders business leaders and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Evaluate new technologies vendors and solutions to ensure scalability security and compliance with banking regulations
Guide and mentor architecture teams providing governance and oversight across multiple projects
Ensure integration of systems across banking regulatory and third-party platforms

Qualifications

Thai national with a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture solution design or IT strategy within the banking industry
Proven track record of leading architecture design for large-scale banking initiatives (core banking transformation digital banking payment systems etc.)
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF Zachman etc.)
Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in Thailands banking sector
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive innovation in complex environments
