About the centre:

This Mildura centre is part of a warm communityfocused regional hub offering educators the chance to enjoy a relaxed lifestyle while working within a highquality learning environment. Guided by the EYLFs principles of Belonging Being and Becoming and inspired by Reggio Emilia practice this centres team creates meaningful childled learning experiences that reflect the unique identity of their community. The centre offers long day care and early learning programs for children aged 06 and this permanent fulltime Educator role sits within the Kinder room supporting highquality playbased learning.

Childcentred playbased philosophy : Learning is guided by childrens interests and developmental cues with educators creating rich playbased experiences that support wholechild development.

Supportive and inclusive environment : Educators work in a warm relationshipfocused setting where children are encouraged to explore take safe risks express themselves and grow with confidence

Strong community connection : The centre builds genuine partnerships with families and the wider community valuing cultural identity and strengthening engagement through regular communication and online portfolios.

A qualified Early Childhood Educator with relevant ECE experience.
A genuine commitment to high-quality play-based learning and fostering child development.
A strong team player who values building positive relationships with children families colleagues and the wider community.
Willingness to relocate to regional Victoria we provide full relocation support.
NZ citizen or eligibility to work in Australia.
