Position: VIP Manager

About the role.
As a German-speaking VIP Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of high-value players. You will act as the primary point of contact delivering a premium personalised experience that drives loyalty retention and long-term value.
This is a key role within the business where your understanding of player behaviour proactive mindset and data-driven approach will directly impact player satisfaction and overall performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value VIP players
- Monitor daily player activity to identify retention reactivation and growth opportunities
- Deliver proactive highly personalised VIP service via phone email and messaging platforms
- Analyse player data to identify trends opportunities and potential churn risks
- Collaborate closely with CRM Payments and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure a seamless player experience
- Design and coordinate tailored bonuses and offers aligned with player value and behaviour
- Provide insights and feedback to support the ongoing development of the VIP strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a VIP Manager or in a similar role within the iGaming industry
- Proven experience managing VIP portfolios and consistently achieving performance targets
- Strong understanding of player behaviour and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident engaging and discreet approach
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and act strategically
- Passion for online gaming premium customer service and high-quality player experiences.
