Job Summary

Main duties:
- Oversee the EHSS management system ensuring alignment with ISO standards local regulations and ESG strategies
- Conduct risk assessments workplace inspections and accident investigations; implement corrective actions and Safe Systems of Work
- Manage work permits contractor compliance and the maintenance/certification of EHSS equipment
- Lead decarbonization plans and waste management data systems; monitor and report on ESG action plans and reduction targets
- Direct EHSS projects coordinate staff training and serve as the primary point of contact for site security and emergency/shutdown needs
What skills do you need
- Proven track record of providing high-level administrative support and organizational management
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Able to navigate high-pressure environments manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Highly motivated to specialize and advance professionally within Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE)
- Prior experience with ISO 14001 or general Health and Safety frameworks is highly regarded
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
