About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Manager to join our clients team and support workforce planning resource optimization and people-focused initiatives across multiple service this role you will align human capital strategies with business objectives by analyzing workforce trends forecasting future needs and enhancing overall employee experience. You will collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders to ensure the organization has the right talent skills and structure to drive long-term success while fostering a culture of integrity innovation and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workforce planning and resource allocation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to forecast current and future talent needs.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities.
- Manage projects end-to-end ensuring quality timelines and deliverables are met.
- Supervise coach and mentor team members to support performance and professional growth.
- Identify process improvements and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Address challenges and conflicts professionally while promoting collaboration and accountability.
- Encourage the use of digital tools and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Uphold professional ethical and technical standards while reinforcing organizational values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 7 years of solid WFM experience in consulting technology or ITES environments
- Experience in workforce planning resource management or operational leadership roles.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital analytics tools such as Power BI Tableau or Alteryx.
- Exposure to audit-related processes reporting or operational analysis is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of accounting and general business concepts.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members and support career development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
