Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the companys financial operations and ensure accurate timely and compliant financial management. This role will work closely with internal leadership and international stakeholders to support financial reporting planning and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong accounting expertise experience leading finance teams and hands on proficiency with QuickBooks or Xero. This position requires collaboration with US based stakeholders therefore the working schedule is aligned with US business hours.
Oversee the companys day to day financial operations including accounting reporting and financial controls.
Manage and supervise the finance team ensuring accurate financial processes and adherence to company policies.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely recording of financial transactions in QuickBooks or Xero.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management review.
Support leadership in financial planning budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor budget performance and analyze variances. Provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and financial policies.
Coordinate and support external audits. Address audit inquiries and ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
Conduct financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve financial systems reporting processes and internal controls.
Collaborate with internal departments and international stakeholders to ensure financial visibility and alignment.
Work Setup
Full time position.
Working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PH time to support collaboration with US stakeholders.
Hybrid work setup with at least two days per week required in the office.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
At least three years of experience in a managerial finance or accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands on experience with QuickBooks or Xero.
Experience managing or supervising finance or accounting staff.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
Experience working BPO or RPO finance is preferred.

Required Skills:
