TalentFish is casting a line for a Marketing Manager. This is a Direct Hire role based in Schaumburg IL (hybrid/in-office). The reason this position exists is to own and execute the companys end-to-end marketing strategy driving brand awareness demand generation and revenue enablement while supporting sales leadership and subject matter experts. This role reports to the SVP of Sales and Marketing and plays a pivotal role in shaping marketing outcomes across digital events content SEO/AEO and automation.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 35 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on B2B marketing and content development
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management capability
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally

What Youll Do (Skills Used in This Position)

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and fiscal plans across digital advertising direct mail and events
• Drive brand consistency and visibility across channels including website social PR and trade shows
• Partner with subject matter experts to create compelling content including blogs white papers case studies and presentations
• Own website content strategy with focus on SEO and AEO to improve search and AI visibility
• Leverage HubSpot for campaign execution lead nurturing email marketing reporting and sales alignment
• Manage paid search analytics and performance tracking to grow qualified traffic and conversions
• Support trade shows conferences and speaking engagements and manage external vendors
• Define track and report on marketing KPIs and continuously refine strategies based on data

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $112000 $136000 per year depending on experience and qualifications reflecting current market data for Marketing Managers in the Schaumburg/Chicago area. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance 401(k) and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
