About the Role

seeking a SATCOM Network Engineer to support and manage complex global satellite communication (SATCOM) networks and iDirect systems. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring secure reliable and high-performing mission systems while mentoring Tier 1 technicians and driving operational excellence.

What Youll Do

Monitor and manage global SATCOM networks and iDirect systems.

Perform quality control on iDirect options files MSL entries and Remedy tickets.

Provide operational support and guidance to Tier 1 technicians.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure mission success and continuous improvement.

What Youll Need

6 years of experience with complex SATCOM systems (or equivalent education/training).

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Experience with iDirect Hub solutions TCP/IP networking and SATCOM/RF systems.

Strong troubleshooting communication and documentation skills.
