Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support a general contractor on an active commercial retail construction site. This role works overnight and assists with a variety of jobsite tasks to help keep the project moving safely and on schedule. The ideal candidate is reliable physically capable and comfortable working in an active construction environment during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the general contractor with various jobsite tasks as directed.
Load unload and move construction materials tools and equipment.
Support site setup breakdown and material staging.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area throughout the shift.
Follow all jobsite safety rules procedures and instructions.
Work collaboratively with other trades and site personnel to meet nightly goals.

Requirements:

Ability to lift carry and move materials up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding construction environment.
Reliable punctual and able to follow direction.
Willingness to work overnight hours (10:00 PM 6:30 AM).
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Must provide and wear required PPE including a high-visibility reflective vest hard hat and steel-toed boots.
Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
