The Vet Office is recruiting on behalf of a well-established small animal practice in Muswell Hill Greater London which is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step in their career as Lead Veterinary Surgeon.

The Practice
Located in the heart of Muswell Hill this purpose-built clinic benefits from a loyal client base and a varied interesting caseload.

You will work alongside a close-knit and experienced nursing and reception team with access to certificate support and referral-level facilities at nearby 24-hour hospitals.
The Role
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will be responsible for the clinical leadership of the practice ensuring exceptional standards of patient and client care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and professional requirements.
You will work closely with the Practice Manager contributing not only to clinical excellence but also to the growth and commercial success of the practice. This role offers genuine influence at both clinical and strategic level.
Working pattern:
This position is ideally suited to a vet with a minimum of 4 years UK experience confident in routine surgery diagnostics and case management and motivated to develop leadership skills.
