The Vet Office is supporting the recruitment of an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon for a well-established purpose-built practice in Lincolnshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy forward-thinking practice with a strong clinical caseload modern facilities and a clear vision for future growth including the development of a regional 24-hour centre.
The Practice
The successful candidate will join a highly experienced veterinary and nursing team in a modern purpose-built practice featuring:

Five consulting rooms
-
Separate dog and cat wards
-
Fully equipped operating theatres
-
In-house laboratory ECG digital X-ray ultrasound and dental equipment
The practice handles a busy and varied caseload and is actively involved in training and supporting both veterinary nurses and vets through structured graduate and development programmes.
The Role
This is a permanent full-time role although part-time applications are welcome and flexibility can be discussed.
Typical responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality clinical care in consultations and surgery

Managing a varied small animal caseload to a high clinical standard

Developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients
-
Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
-
Sharing clinical knowledge and contributing to the development of colleagues
About You

Qualified MRCVS
-
Passionate about clinical excellence and client care
-
Confident working within a busy practice environment

Experienced vets looking to lead mentor and inspire are particularly encouraged to apply

Team-oriented proactive and committed to ongoing development
