Job Summary

This job is with Work Together.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed interior design blueprints and technical drawings using CAD software.
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand project scope and requirements.
Create 2D and 3D models to visualize the layout of spaces ensuring all building codes and safety requirements are met.
Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements from project stakeholders.
Coordinate with construction teams to ensure drawing accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise during the building phase.
Prepare documentation packages and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
Conduct site visits to gather necessary measurements and assess existing conditions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Interior Draftsman with 3-5 years of experience.
Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD SketchUp or Revit.
Strong understanding of interior design principles building codes and construction methods.
Ability to visualize concepts in 2D and 3D.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients architects and construction teams.
Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Drafting Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Certification in drafting or CAD software is a plus.
