About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative you will play a key role in managing the early stages of the sales cycle building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities within a cloud solutions environment. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling technology-driven solutions and working with small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers delivering a strong and professional first impression

Build manage and grow a portfolio of customers through consultative sales approaches

Understand business needs and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions

Identify revenue opportunities and drive growth through up-sell and cross-sell activities

Collaborate closely with internal sales and solution teams to maximize results

Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement (voice of customer)
Required Qualifications

Proficient or bilingual in Danish

Fluent in English
-
12 years of experience in IT sales sales account management or customer management roles
-
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets
-
Experience using CRM tools and productivity software (e.g. Dynamics 365 Salesforce Microsoft Office)
Nice to Have

Experience working with or selling cloud or business software solutions

Knowledge of platforms such as Azure Modern Workplace or business applications
-
Relevant entry-level or fundamentals certifications in cloud or business technologies
