Sales Development Representative (Danish-speaking) Hybrid Cloud Solutions

Location: Benalmádena (Málaga) or Valencia Spain

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative you will play a key role in managing the early stages of the sales cycle building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities within a cloud solutions environment. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling technology-driven solutions and working with small and medium-sized businesses.

You will work in an international environment with structured training continuous learning and long-term career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers delivering a strong and professional first impression

  • Build manage and grow a portfolio of customers through consultative sales approaches

  • Understand business needs and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions

  • Identify revenue opportunities and drive growth through up-sell and cross-sell activities

  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and solution teams to maximize results

  • Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement (voice of customer)

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient or bilingual in Danish

  • Fluent in English

  • 12 years of experience in IT sales sales account management or customer management roles

  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets

  • Experience using CRM tools and productivity software (e.g. Dynamics 365 Salesforce Microsoft Office)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with or selling cloud or business software solutions

  • Knowledge of platforms such as Azure Modern Workplace or business applications

  • Relevant entry-level or fundamentals certifications in cloud or business technologies
