WE ARE HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MARKETER
To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand
To promote the services of Paul Davis
To build industry relationships
To bring in new Business/Jobs from clients
Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits organized events and cold calling
Collaborate with Franchisor Director of Sales & Marketing on quarterly strategy to build brand awareness and meet revenue goals
Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand standards
Utilize specific marketing software to upload contacts send email campaigns customize and print marketing collateral track sales calls leads referrals and notes
Commercial/residential services sales experience
Willingness to travel as needed
Strong verbal and written communications
Franchise restoration construction/home improvement and/or insurance industry experience ideal
Experience working with a CRM preferred
Strong communication skills
Highly organized driven & accountable
