We are looking for an experienced EH&S and Facilities Lead to join a team of dedicated supportive and enthusiastic people to help create the future of manufacturing.

The primary function of this role is to support the company achieve a zero-injury workplace. You will develop implement and maintain safety programs processes and procedures. Building a strong safety culture through empowering employees to have an unconditional commitment to safety. You will also be responsible for general facilities management.

What Youll Do

Lead Safety & EHS Programs: Develop implement and maintain safety and environmental programs to ensure compliance employee well-being and continuous improvement.
Conduct Audits Inspections & Risk Assessments: Perform regular EHS audits inspections and risk assessments while tracking findings and implementing corrective actions.
Lead Employee Training & Coaching: Schedule and conduct safety training mentor employees and foster a proactive safety culture.
Manage Incident Response & Compliance Reporting: Oversee investigations of incidents near misses and OSHA reporting to ensure timely corrective action.
Support Workers Compensation & Wellness Initiatives: Collaborate with HR to manage compensation claims and execute programs supporting employee wellness.
Collaborate on Safety-Driven Design & Equipment Compliance: Work with engineering and design teams to align with environmental and safety standards.
Oversee Facilities Management: Manage daily operations preventative maintenance vendor relationships and ensure a safe clean and compliant workplace.
Develop Emergency Preparedness Programs: Plan and lead emergency drills and response strategies to address risks across safety and facilities.

Who You Are

4 Years of experience leading EHS efforts in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Extensive knowledge of safety and health hazards identification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adept in developing and delivering safety training.
Proven ability to gain rapport and effectively engage with employees to develop a safety culture on the production floor is critical.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA requirements and can implement them effectively.
