As part of our commitment to excellence we are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team which currently consists of an HR Director HR Manager and HR/Payroll Administrator.
Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kingsley Management you will play a pivotal role in supporting various talent functions within the this role you will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. Reporting to the HR Manager you will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure efficient recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements
- Develop and post job descriptions on external platforms
- Source candidates through job boards (LinkedIn indeed etc) and other methods as required
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including screening resumes conducting the initial interview scheduling interviews with hiring managers providing candidate feedback extending job offers and onboarding new employees
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Track and report recruitment metrics
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills
