Main Responsibilities:

• Incident Management: Manage the full incident lifecycle for Tier 1 escalations from detection and triage to containment remediation and recovery.

• Advanced Analysis: Perform deep-dive forensic analysis and proactive threat hunting to identify and progress complex cybersecurity investigations.

• Vulnerability Management: Assess and mitigate technical vulnerabilities within ICT systems and security controls.

• Process Optimization: Develop maintain and improve the Incident Response Plan including playbooks runbooks and knowledge base documentation.

• Readiness & Testing: Design and execute incident simulations and exercises to validate and strengthen detection and response mechanisms.

• Reporting & Governance: Document investigations and produce technical reports metrics and lessons learned to support risk and compliance requirements.

• Collaboration: Act as a technical escalation point and collaborate with SOC CSIRT and internal security teams during high-priority activities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Cyber Security.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

• Must have professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher) to ensure clear communication in technical and professional environments

• Basic knowledge of the following:

  • Incident handling standardsmethodologiesand frameworks

  • Incident handling recommendations and best practices

  • Incident handling tools

  • Incident handling communication procedures

  • Operating systems security

  • Computer networks security

  • Cyber threats

  • Cybersecurity attack procedures

  • Computer systems vulnerabilities

  • Cybersecurity related lawsregulationsand legislations

  • Secure OperationCentres(SOCs) operation

  • Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs) operation
