Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator

• Coordinate endtoend execution of learning programs (technical functional & behavioural).
• Partner with business units to understand training needs and develop annual training calendars.
• Organize virtual and inperson training sessions workshops certification programs and onboarding trainings.

• Support in designing L&D frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
• Assist in competency mapping skills gap analysis and capabilitybuilding initiatives.
• Recommend learning pathways based on role department and skill development requirements.

• Maintain a repository of elearning content training documentation and learning materials.

• Track learning progress and ensure timely completion of mandatory trainings.
• Generate dashboards MIS reports and learning analytics for leadership reviews.

• Implement posttraining feedback
• Identify improvement areas based on learner feedback business impact and performance data.
• Support the development of new learning formatsmicrolearning blended learning digital modules and experiential learning.

• Coordinate leadership development early talent programs and skillbased academies.
• Promote a learning culture through communication campaigns newsletters and learning events (Lunch & Learn workshops Knowledge Sharing Sessions).
• Assist HR in employee development conversations and IDP (Individual Development Plan) tracking.

• 35 years of handson experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong understanding of L&D strategies talent development frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Excellent coordination project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and reporting dashboards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design concepts is an added advantage.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple learning projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail strong followthrough and ownership mindset.
• Passion for driving learning culture and employee development.
