Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

Kundenbeziehungsmanagement:

• Unterstützung beim Management und der Pflege von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kunden um Zufriedenheit und Loyalität sicherzustellen.

• Als Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen fungieren und zeitnahe sowie effektive Lösungen bieten.

Kommunikation:

• Deine Kenntnisse in Englisch Französisch Deutsch und idealerweise Italienisch nutzen um die Kommunikation und das Verständnis zwischen Otis und unserer vielfältigen Kundenbasis zu erleichtern.

• Dokumente und Kommunikation interpretieren um Kundeninteraktionen zu unterstützen.

Vertriebsunterstützung:

• Mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammenarbeiten um Präsentationen Angebote und Berichte für Kunden vorzubereiten.

• Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung von Wachstums- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für Kundenkonten.

Koordination:

• Mit internen Teams koordinieren um eine zeitgerechte und effektive Erbringung von Dienstleistungen sicherzustellen.

• Überwachen von Kontoaktivitäten und Rückmeldungen der Kunden um das Dienstleistungsangebot zu verbessern.

Administrative Aufgaben:

• Führen von genauen Aufzeichnungen über Kundeninteraktionen und -transaktionen.

• Regelmäßige Berichte über den Status und die Aktivitäten der Konten vorbereiten.

Qualifikationen:

• Beherrschung von Englisch Französisch Deutsch und idealerweise Italienisch ist erforderlich.

• Vorerfahrungen im Account Management oder Vertriebsunterstützung sind von Vorteil.

• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.

• Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit einem Auge fürs Detail.

• Fähigkeit in einem Teamumfeld kooperativ zu arbeiten.
