Job Summary
The Operation Shift Engineer is responsible for managing operations on the Fab15 HVM production line during shift hours. This role focuses on ensuring stable line performance maximizing throughput and reducing cycle time. By handling abnormalities and driving improvement activities the engineer contributes to on-time delivery and strengthens Fab competitiveness. Additionally the role strongly promotes automation and efficiency in shift operations.
