Position: Physical Therapist and Treating Outpatient Center Manager
Location: NovaCare in Baltimore Maryland (White Marsh/ Nottingham)
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation:starting at $95000
Incentives: Up to $10000 sign-on bonus and/or indefinite student loan assistance

Our NovaCare Nottingham team is currently seeking a licensed physical therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience and a willingness to take on a leadership role. For those interested in leadership who lack prior experience we offer a structured development program designed specifically for your professional growth.
This opportunity involves leading a team of outpatient orthopedic physical therapists while providing high-quality rehabilitative and preventative care. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations mentoring staff and ensuring that each patient receives personalized evidence-based treatment that promotes optimal function and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians employers payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our centers physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
