Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in related field of study required; Masters Degree preferred
5 years of project management leading large complex projects including factors of efficiency quality cost and experience required preferably in the healthcare industry
1 years group facilitation experience required
2 years of experience working in a lean setting preferred
Additional Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Use of LEAN PDSA change management techniques statistical process control
- Experience facilitating teams in the design of projects to solve problems
- Experience coaching peers or leaders
- Experience managing relationships with project leaders
- Experience establishing learning systems and visual control systems
- Able to provide evidence of successful improvements
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Full-time Monday through Friday standard business hours with flexibility as needed.
- Hybrid: Days in-office and at home depend on project needs. Department meetings on-site at Assembly Row in Somerville MA every other week.
