ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a 4-person team building a high-priority B2C AI product set to launch soon. We operate with the speed and agility of a pre-seed startup but with the backing of an established company.
We arent looking for a traditional corporate PM who just manages backlogs. We need a Product Generalist someone who acts like a founder thinks like a designer and executes like an this role you will own your domain with full autonomy and bridge the gap between technical possibilities and market needs.
What Youll Do
- Drive feature ideation prioritization and roadmapping for core AI modules. You will turn ambiguous goals into clear execution plans.
- Collaborate closely with developers to align on implementation. You wont just write tickets; youll ensure the why and how align with our vision.
- Apply a scientific mindset to product growth. Run user research test product variants and analyze market data to validate our hypotheses before we build.
- Support stakeholder management and basic marketing efforts like SEO/SEM coordination.
- Define success metrics track performance and report on milestones to the Project Lead.
Requirements
- AI Native: You are likely the person your friends ask about the latest AI tools. You understand the capabilities (and limitations) of current models and actively use them in your daily life.
- The Builder Mindset: 2 years in Product Management ideally in B2C or Startups. You have a history of entrepreneurship or side projects and thrive in ambiguity.
- Bias for Action: You are an autonomous self-starter. You dont wait for permission; you see a problem and fix it.
- Pragmatic Problem Solver: You prioritize shipping value over perfecting processes.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Apps WebApps AI Products.

Location
This is a hybrid position combining remote work with on-site presence. Youll have the flexibility to work from home part of the time while coming to the office on a regular basis to collaborate with the team and stay connected.
