Collaborate with and support HR team members with employee lifecycle programs activities events and initiatives including Equitable Orientation and Growing Together the ongoing maintenance and development of people policies and guide people-related policies procedures and guidelinesLead the Employee Resource Group and its various initiativesAdminister the Annual Employee Opinion Survey and analyze results to identify and execute applicable action items. Develop metrics for evaluating employee experience and create strategies to improve employee satisfaction in their and develop programs relating to employee engagement and performance management across the with HR team members and business leaders to understand their needs related to the employee experience by proactively interfacing with key stakeholders in order to understand recommend and deploy effective solutions.
