What Youll Do:
Assist technicians service advisors and customers with parts needs
Accurately look up and quote parts (VIN usage when possible)
Answer phones professionally and assist walk-in customers
Stock receive and organize inventory
Process special orders and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate clearly with the service and sales teams
Deliver fast accurate service in a high-volume environment
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Dependable punctual and team-oriented attitude
Parts experience is a plus but were willing to train the right person
