Background:
The Lab Technician supports the daily operations of the Microbiology Laboratory by preparing samples and materials for testing in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This includes completing and organizing all required documentation logging samples into laboratory records and systems and preparing media solutions and other testing materials. The role is also responsible for monitoring and recording equipment temperatures cleaning and maintaining laboratory instruments according to schedules and SOPs and ensuring the lab environment remains clean safe and compliant with regulatory and company standards.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.00-$22.00*. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
