Job Summary

Location: Perry UT
Heritage CDJR of Brigham City is seeking a dedicated customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Perry UT. In this role you will serve as the vital link between our guests and service technicians ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally providing a welcoming and informative experience.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service needs.
Coordinate with technicians to diagnose vehicle concerns and clearly explain required services to guests.
Prepare and present service estimates and repair orders ensuring transparency and understanding.
Maintain proactive communication throughout the service process including updates on progress and any changes.
Manage service schedules to optimize workflow and support timely vehicle return.
Recommend additional services and maintenance based on vehicle needs to improve performance and safety.
Ensure all paperwork and documentation align with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (or a customer service role in the automotive industry) is strongly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask efficiently and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus.
Proficiency with computer systems/software used for scheduling and documentation.
Positive attitude and a consistent guest-first approach.
