• Locate sources of problems by observing and testing systems operation. Uses precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Remove defective parts by dismantling equipment; using hand and power tools; replace defective parts and test for proper operation.
• Drives a company truck (non-CDL) to deliver products to customers according to daily route schedule
• Able to follow a predetermined route safety and efficiently while communicating with the route customer service representatives about scheduling conflicts or potential changes in the route
• Load and unload product to and from the company vehicle
• Deliver and upsell to a designated customer base with a geographic area
• Maintain a clean company vehicle
• Maintain equipment parts and supplies on truck by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed equipment parts and supplies.
• Provide system information to customers by answering maintenance questions and educating customer on product.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing daily weekly & monthly goals.
• Assure service vehicle is clean safe and in proper operation condition always.
• Communicate with office staff frequently to ensure job accuracy and data entry
• Able to use handheld devices for data entry schedule maintenance etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates licenses and registrations required: Valid drivers license
• Must pass a driving test issued by Culligan
• Other skills required:
• Basic plumbing and electrical experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Willing to work a full-time schedule and be on-call

• Continually required to stand walk sit utilize hand and finger dexterity and talk or hear

• While performing the duties of this job the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet-moderate
• The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 100 pounds / frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds / continually lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus
