Responsibilities
The Onboarding Specialist provides support to Community Health System (CHS) by coordinating the onboarding process for employees. Responsibilities include federal state and CHS compliance within the hiring process monitoring background process and maintaining the onboarding database. This role will serve as a contact for applicants and leaders providing administrative support information and assistance as needed.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Experience
2 years of administrative data entry customer service or relevant experience required
Experience with applicant tracking systems or other comparable databases preferred
Experience in Human Resources Recruitment or Marketing preferred
