Qualifications Required:

• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (advantageous but not essential training provided)

Experience in Years Required:

• Desirable but not essential

• Ratio of Staff to Children: High staff-to-child ratio to ensure consistent nurturing care

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car

• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)

• You only have Healthcare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience
