Job Summary
Description
Responsibilities
- Review the liability and assess the potential recovery for all motor accident settlement
- Pursue all recovery action including repudiated cases and BOLA
- Work closely with other insurers sale agents intermediary collection agencies lawyers to ensure that claims recovery is on track
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on claims recovery status
- Handle queries from insured/debtor etc pertaining to recovery matters
- Handle any ad-hoc projects duties as assigned from time to time
Requirement
- Possess a GCE O level/Diploma holder or equivalent
- Process BCP PGI and ComGI
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in the motor insurance industry
- Customer centric meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical communication and negotiation skills
- Positive working attitude
- Willing to put in extra hours where necessary
- Competent with MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
