As an RN you are enthusiastic about Making Lives Better and promote Happier Aging. You are passionate about bringing peace of mind to your clients life and their families. You work closely with your Care Designer to create a premium experience and deliver on client care goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings
- Delivers on our Brand Promise by owning the clients experience ensuring that you do whatever it takes to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families
- Delivers comprehensive nursing care and assessments to clients according to your scope of practice
- In-depth knowledge regarding infection control and staying up to date with COVID-19 infection control to perform and educate on how to contain and prevent infectious diseases
- Engages and reports in open communication with your Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your clients experience and care are identified
- Responds to Care Services Center (CSC) team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timeline
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge while practicing safely and competently.
- Is a leader in the community
- Able to use applications via phone and email to ensure proper communication and documentation are completed for your clients care.

Qualifications:
- We provide care 24/7 so visits may be scheduled early morning afternoon evening or overnight to meet our clients needs.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with CNO
- Minimum 3year RN experience home health care experience an asset
- Passionate about making a difference delivering WOW Customer experience admiring people and finding a better way
- Ability to travel independently to clients visits
- Two positive professional references
- Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray (updated at the nurses cost every 5 years for continued employment)
