Your new role
Teaching: Delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Curriculum: Supporting the delivery of a broad and ambitious English curriculum focused on reading writing and critical thinking.
Mentoring: Working closely with an experienced subject mentor as part of the ECT induction programme.
Pastoral: Supporting students academic progress and personal development.
What youll need to succeed
QTS (or pending QTS).
Passion for English literature and language.
Willingness to learn reflect and develop as a classroom practitioner.
Strong organisation and communication skills.
