Responsibilities
Lead the technical team in delivering high-calibre support across all Science disciplines
Oversee the maintenance of the prep room and laboratories to an outstanding quality
Manage the departmental budget for chemicals equipment and livestock
Conduct regular Health & Safety audits and maintain meticulous compliance records
Facilitate professional development for junior technical staff
Qualifications and Experience
Significant experience in school science technical support
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage complex logistics
Strong knowledge of CLEAPSS and Health & Safety legislation
Must have the right to work in the UK
