As a Business Development Manager you will focus on market analysis targeted prospecting and closing deals with new supply partners. You will identify relevant opportunities for our Native API Header Bidding/Prebid projects pitch our value proposition and manage the negotiation process up to the contract signing ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding by AdOps teams.

What Youll Do:

  • Systematically map the market to identify suppliers that match the business and technical requirements of our API Native and HB projects
  • Initiate selective high-quality contact with potential partners; present our technical capabilities and business value effectively
  • Lead the communication process negotiate commercial terms and secure the signing of the partnership agreement
  • Ensure a seamless transfer of the signed partner to the Account Manager and Technical teams for onboarding and integration
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
  • Work closely with the BDM Lead to ensure targeted supply sources align with the departments broader strategy

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on business development lead generation and partner acquisition
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape specifically regarding traffic sources ad formats integration types (Native API Header Bidding/Prebid RTB)
  • Proven ability to conduct deep market research to identify valid opportunities and traffic sources
  • Ability to identify the right decision-makers and tailor pitches to specific potential partners
  • Proven track record of moving opportunities from initial contact to contract negotiation and signing
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies to changing industry trends
  • Advanced English Fluent Ukrainian

Will be a plus:

  • Existing network of contacts within Supply-Side platforms Ad Networks Native Traffic sources
  • Experience with OpenRTB standards and Prebid environments
  • Additional language skills
