As our Product Manager - Platform / Salesforce (m/f/x) you will be the strategic architect of our core business & sales engine. You will drive the evolution of Salesforce as the central hub of our Sales & Marketing ecosystem. Your mission is to orchestrate 2 dimensions: 1. The seamless interplay between Salesforce our proprietary internal tools and specialized third-party applications to create a high-performance automated platform that scales with our global ambitions. 2. The prioritization and coordination of multiple stakeholders who need to work together but are highly dependent on Salesforce and the technical infrastructure.
Tasks
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Drive the roadmap for Salesforce ensuring it acts as the seamless golden record and engine connecting our internal proprietary tools with external third-party services.
- Integration Strategy: Design and oversee complex integrations (APIs Middleware) to ensure data flows flawlessly between Salesforce our Platform and various third-party SaaS tools.
- Process Engineering: Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify bottlenecks and implement automation that enhances the efficiency of our Sales Operations and Customer Success teams.
- Requirements Engineering: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering teamtranslating high-level business needs into precise technical specifications and user stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Tech Platform Ops Data and Finance teams to align the Salesforce roadmap with the overall company strategy.
- Product Excellence: Own the Salesforce backlog prioritizing features based on data-driven insights ROI and scalability.
- AI & Innovation: Identify and implement AI-driven features within the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. Einstein automated lead scoring or document processing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Enablement: Drive change management by ensuring new features are documented and the team is empowered to use the evolving system landscape effectively.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in Product Management or Systems Architecture with a clear focus on Salesforce as a core platform.
- Salesforce Proficiency: You possess a strong Salesforce Admin background. You are comfortable navigating the setup understanding Flow Builder and knowing the platforms native capabilities (Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus).
- Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud Service Cloud) and experience in managing its integration with internal proprietary software and third-party APIs.
- Technical Fluency: You speak Developer and Business equally well. You understand API structures data schemas and the logic of modern integration tools (e.g. n8n Make or MuleSoft).
- Analytical Mindset: You are data-driven and comfortable using BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to measure the impact of your product decisions.
- Agile Native: Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) and using tools like Jira or Linear to manage workflows.
- Problem Solver: You dont just fix bugs; you look for the root cause and design scalable long-term architectural solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English. German is a strong plus.
- Education: A degree in Business Informatics Computer Science Business Administration or a related field with a strong affinity for technology.
