SALES PROFESSIONAL TENNESSEE / ALABAMA TEAM

Location: Field coverage for TENNESSEE / ALABAMA / MISSISSIPPI AND FLORIDA PANHANDLE.

Preferred home base location: KNOXVILLE

Schedule: Daily territory travel with some overnight.

ARDEX is immediately hiring for a industry-experienced (flooring or tiling installation systems) SALES PROFESSIONAL with a customer-first solution-driven mindset to drive territory growth.

What Youll Do

Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
Generate leads win new business and build strong relationships with distributors contractors and architects
Conduct product demos presentations and training sessions
Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service

Experience and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required)
Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
High levels of business integrity ethics and good professional judgement
High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused
Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)

Education

Bachelors degree preferred or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant work experience is required
